Salon Guidelines


First things’s first, if you are feeling sick or have been in contact with a sick person within 5 days of your service time, we kindly ask that you stay home.

As the world continues to open up, we have made masks optional. however if you are at the end of a cold and past your contagion stage, we do ask that you come prepared with a earloop style mask.

Please be mindful that the stylists are also their own receptionist and are required to take breaks throughout the day to fully sanitize commonly touched areas such as door handles, restrooms and stations. To do so we might need to take a few minutes between our appointments to create an cleanly space for each guest. If you arrive early, take a seat in our waiting area and gather any inspiration for your service!

If you have any time sensitivity, please let your stylist know at the beginning or prior to your appointment so we can best serve you!

Cancellations:
To maintain income safety, we do charge 50% of services canceled within 48 hours. Day of cancelations under $150 will have a full service charge.

Refunds:

We not only charge for your service, but our time and professional knowledge. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer revisions within 3 weeks of your service (given availability). Our guests are important to us and we appreciate the opportunity to make corrections or adjustments for the greatest experience!
